Tubular Heaters

The tubular heater’s basic construction consists of a computer-designed helical coil of 80% Nickel 20% Chromium alloy resistance wire fusion welded to the nickel-coated steel terminal cold pins. Can be formed into virtually shaped, brazed or welded to any metal surface. Available in several diameters, lengths and sheath materials. The heater can be made from different sheath materials like Incoloy, Stainless Steel, Copper and Low carbon steel. Maximum temperature up to 800°C depending on the sheath material used.
